In the most beautiful pool in South Wales!

The set:
12 x 30 minutes swims.
Off 60 minutes.
Starting at 8am, our entrants will swim as far as they can in half an hour. The rest of the hour is your own. Have a rest, get some food, enjoy the views over the Bristol Channel.
At 9am, you are back in for another half an hour.
And another at 10.
And another.
And another.
The pattern continues all the way til 7.30pm when you finish your 12th swim of the day.
How big did you go?!
Too big?
Enter as a relay.
Each team gets 12 x 30 minutes swims off 60 minutes. Split them up how you choose!
Too small?
Enter the Extreme.
12 x 60 minute swims. Off 60 minutes.
Yes you read that right.
1 x 12hour swim. Off 12 hours.
There’s only one rule: no weeing in the pool.
The Bling
Every entrant will receive a custom swim hat and a finisher medal.
During the day we will be keeping a running total of distance with prizes for male, female and relay categories.
